Parking Ticket Trap?

Cary and I walked to Kokomo's on Beverly for some lunch and saw this parking sign on the street on the way home:

If I got a ticket on this street whenever it says I'm not supposed to park here, I'd be pissed.

I got the chicken curry salad (above) and Cary got the buffalo chicken sandwich (below). Kokomo's used to be at the Farmer's Market, but they moved to the corner of Martel and Beverly. It was good stuff, I'd go back.
