We took a little outing on Saturday. A hike to THE Bat Cave. On our way there, Sheila had a little accident.
See, she's a fan of holding
JoJo's leash. You can see the yellow retraction head of the leash in her hand here. Jojo took off, and Sheila held on like a water skier and got dragged down one stair.
She lost a third of one of her finger nails and got a little scraped up. But a
Scoobydoo band-aid and a kiss from
Zizi made her forget all about it.
After we dressed the wound, we headed out to the Bat Cave. And here it is above.
The cave isn't that long, its a short tunnel. So this view up is from me inside the cave/tunnel and Dad, Jack, Jojo, and Sheila are just entering.
The funny thing is that there are 3 exits to the cave.
This is the famous Sheila squat. She likes to sit like this and pick
rocks off the ground.
Then she got sleepy and said, "
Katay, pick you up." So I picked her up and she went straight for my earlobe.
She has this funny thing where she needs to pinch your earlobe when she's being held and is sleepy or tired. She was totally grappling my lobe.

Scooby band-aids here. Poor little monkey, I felt so bad, but it didn't phase her at all.
The little valley on the other side of the Bat Tunnel is a really serene valley. There were a bunch of crows hovering around. You can see the little black specks in the picture above.
Jojo got anxious.
Sheila is totally the leader of the pack. Jojo wouldn't pass her. She had to have the little big stick.
There's a dried out dam type structure with a cute green dinosaur painted on it, so we took some pictures next to it.
Sheila put Daddy's hat on...so
Baba put Sheila's hat on.

That earlobe thing is so funny! I have never heard of a kid wanting to touch another person earlobe, I have heard of kids doing that to their own ear or twirling their hair before they go to bed, but never wanting to rub someone else ear. That is really funny!!! LOL.
