Via Vittorio Veneto

We went to dinner on Via Veneto at Conte di Galluccio. Via Veneto is a posh street with lovely restaurants and bars you can get a drink at. The restaurants are all in glass-enclosed patios like this:
I had the gnocchi, of course.

Cary had the spaghetti and lobster. Both were so so good. I'm totally missing Italy right now. I'm also realizing why I'm so fat and broke right now.

We wandered up and down Via Veneto and understood why the food is so good and fresh after seeing this:

Yes. That's a giant swordfish on the left. And a whole mess of everything under the sea. The next time we walked by, two days later, a significant portion of the tail of the swordfishfish was missing.
